Services and pricing

RosterFlare offers commissioned digital sports graphics. Website pricing is in Canadian dollars and reflects standard starting packages. We review every request and confirm the total scope, deliverables, timeline, and final price before payment.

Customer-supplied content

You must have permission to provide and authorize use of photos, athlete information, team logos, trademarks, and other submitted content. For minors, obtain appropriate parent or guardian consent. We may decline a request where permissions or information are unclear.

Revisions and approvals

Standard packages include one consolidated revision round unless the written quote specifies otherwise. Errors introduced by RosterFlare will be corrected. Additional changes or work outside the agreed brief may require an extra charge.

Delivery and rights

Final deliverables are normally provided as flattened digital graphic files such as PNG or JPG. Editable source files are not included unless agreed. Customers receive the agreed rights to use commissioned designs; third-party elements remain subject to their underlying licences.

Payments, cancellation, and refunds

Before taking paid orders, RosterFlare will publish a final cancellation and refund policy appropriate for customized digital services and the applicable consumer-protection rules. The inquiry form itself does not take payment or create a binding paid order.

Website samples

Portfolio examples with fictional teams or athletes are concept work and should not be interpreted as testimonials or previously commissioned client work.
